Distillery Tour and Tasting

This small-group tour and tasting experience is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with reservations available to book 60 days in advance.

Join us here at the distillery for an educational tour and tasting! Guests will meet in our tasting room and then head out onto our production floor to learn about our history, our production processes, and our approach to crafting spirits of distinction.

Once the production tour has concluded, we'll move on to a guided tasting flight comprised of six of our spirits, including some rare and limited pours.

This experience includes a $10 discount in our retail store for purchases over $35.

Please note:

This experience is for guests aged 21 and older. A valid ID is required to participate.

California law limits distilleries to serving a maximum of 1 1/2 oz of distilled spirits per guest per day. To comply with California law while allowing guests to taste a variety of spirits, we will serve six 1/4 oz samples totaling 1 1/2 oz.

No outside food is permitted inside the distillery.

Non-drinkers have a choice of non-alcoholic beverage.
