Mysteries:
- Aug 2: "Peril in the Poconos!" . . . It's 1960 and the doo-wop vocal trio The Venturas is performing in the Poconos at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort in Pennsylvania. Their appearance has a not-so-welcome result and murder takes top billing on the marquee!
- Aug 9: "Clueless!" . . . Nine guests have each been offered $100,000 to spend the night in a creepy mansion. But one is offered a million dollars to commit murder! If they all survive by morning, they each collect their money. If not, then all bets are off!
- Aug 16: "The Murdered Mistress!" . . . It's 968 and Senator Joe Jackson is running for President of the United States. With the Republican National Convention looming ahead, Joe is on a train tour gathering more support. Unfortunately, during one of his whistle stops, someone discovers that the body of actress Mitzy Monroe is found dead in his bed in his train compartment!
- Aug 23: "Murder on the Silk Road!" . . . It's 1902 and a British Exploration Team, known as the Hunt Expedition, has arrived in Dunhuang, China to explore some of the Mogao Caves along the Silk Road. Led by Alex Hunt, the team is celebrating a historic find. But their Chinese guide is found stabbed to death in their camp!
- Aug 30: "Murder at the Opera!" . . . Famed opera tenor Luciano Manicotti collapsed on the stage of Carnegie Hall just three weeks ago – poisoned! Now his widow and daughter have called together Luciano’s closest friends and business associates for a reading of the will and a séance to see if his murderer can be revealed.
